What rights do I have to see information about me?
You have the right to request a copy of any information held about you in the Neighbourhood Plan’s records in accordance with your legal rights of Subject Access under the Data Protection Act 1998.  The Parish Council are the legally responsible body in this process so any requests for information to which you are entitled should go via:

Once we have ascertained your identity the requested information will be provided within 20 working days.

If you are not happy with anything on your file or if corrections are required, you can make a request enter a comment on the file or ask for the item to be removed or updated.

  • data collection is limited to a specific and legitimate purpose
  • survey data is anonymised
  • consent is implicit in voluntary communication from the public
  • an unsubscribe facility is available on all emails and also on the website
  • cookies: an automatic cookie consent button is not available via the website software. However, information about cookies and a post--facto cookie removal procedure is visible on all website pages
